This parcel, if rented or sold, shall be rented or sold at rates and prices affordable to tenants or households that earn not more than 120% of the Washoe County median annual income ("Median Income"), as such is adjusted from time to time. The property shall not be used as a vacation rental or marketed during rental or sale as a second or luxury home. Sales listings must disclose the Moderate-Income deed restriction and a copy of the restrictions for the parcel at the time of sale shall also be filed with the TRPA within three (3) calendar days of opening escrow. Annual reporting to TRPA is required. |
