Banked Development Rights

This report lists banked development rights for all parcels that where that information has been entered into the Parcel Tracker.

If a parcel has more than one type of banked development right, each type will be listed in separate rows. The Remaining Banked Inventory columns shows the amount that may be used on-site or transferred off-site. This inventory is for information purposes only; all information must be reviewed and verified by TRPA prior to any permitting actions.
