Moorings

This map shows all moorings. Moorings mapped in the official inventory will have a "Baseline/Surveyed" mooring origin status, and those added by a user during Phase 1 will have a "User Added" status. Moorings with the status "Additional" are those moorings that were allocated through the mooring lottery. 

Mooring Number - the tracking number assigned by the system for that specific mooring; it does not change.

Buoy ID Tag Number - the number printed on a buoy tag, e.g. "A000". This number is linked to the Mooring Number, but changes when buoy ID tags are reissued and replaced.
