Detailed Description
LAND CAPABILITY CHALLENGE. NOTE: Based on past TRPA approvals, parcel 1318-10-310-010 (possibly containing 4 legal lots of record) is considered a "project area". The current lot line adjustment permit (LLAD2016-0236) renumbered the parcel to 1318-10-310-082. It is possible the parcel will be divided again into new APNs that are currently not known. All future projects on the resultant new APNs will be subject to the "project area" restrictions for coverage and development rights and will not be reviewed outside of those "project area" restrictions.
