Footings were stripped and cleaned up 10-12 and 10-14. Work on forming of stem walls began 10-14. Forming and rebar in the stem walls wil continue until approximately 10-23, with concrete stemw walls being poured on 10-24. Once the stem walls are curedm they will be waterproofed. Once wat4erproofed thn B&G Excavation will backfill the stem walls with gravel and compacted. BMP including Pine needels and waddles will be installed on the hardscape below the new house 10-15 to 10-16. Final BMP's for winterization will be installed upon the upper street level immediately following backfill of the stem walls.
