Phase 2 acknowledged 10/15/08. See attached documents. Casaday met with Cavanaugh and Avance to discuss construction season extension. The extension was granted. New expiration date is October 1, 2014. LTM - Permit Section 3.R. required submission of a landscape monitoring plan which shall include post-project photos of landscaping for 5 years and an arborists letter stating the health of trees to be kept after construction. Photos are due on September 15th of each year along with a $250 monitoring fee. Casaday passed final for phase 1 on 06/19/2012. OK to release phase 1 security of $31.218 Casaday conducted pregrade for second start-up of phase II with Josh Roberts for Loverde Builders. OK to commence reconstruction of existing foundations and implement approved construction schedule.
