This amended and restated deed restriction replaces a prior deed restriction recorded on 2/27/2014 as document 838808. APNs 1318-27-001-001, 1318-27-001-004, 1318-27-001-002, 1318-27-001-003, 1318-27-001-005, 1318-00-002-006, 029-010-02, 029-010-19, and 029-010-20 shall always be treated as if the parcels had been consolidated for the purposes of scenic contrast ratings, land coverage calculations, and the application of TRPA ordinances pertaining to land coverage.
