APNs 1318-26-501-002, 1318-26-501-003, and 1318-26-501-001 were part of a boundary line adjustment (TRPA File No. 20020759) which included a condition that a deed restriction be recorded including reciprocal easements for access and utilities; identifying the maximum allowable coverage for the project area and the total amount of coverage allocated to each parcel; identifying the maximum number of residential units permitted within the project area and the number of residential units allocated to each parcel; and providing for maintenance of the access road and associated TRPA Best Management Practices. |
