Detailed Description
Assessed tree 12/2/11: -Tree is growing entirely on neighbors' property. Neighbor has not contacted me or signed application. -Could justify marking tree due to cut-away roots on edge of bank and lean towards house/yard/deck. Direction of fall is unpredictable. -Could likely reduce hazard by removing some limbs to reduce weight towards house and wind resistance of crown. -Mitigation for scenic and bank stability would be required if tree is removed. -I explained these points to Susan (applicant's assistant) 12/5/11. She will pass info on to applicant (Dennis Hart) and get back to me. ~MS
