Assigned to David Landry Baseline Scenic Score 25 additional visible area allowed per TRPA Code Section 30.15C for every 10 over 100 linear feet of shore 165 SF of visible mass may be added to score. 20 LF over 100 = 165 x 2 = 330 sq ft. DL 9/2/10 Baseline score revised based on rescoring roof (shake shingle materials; yeilding a score of 22 added to the 165 x 2 = 330 sq ft yeilds 1115 sq ft. of allowed which is greater than the proposed of 907sq. ft. DL 9/2/10 With the removal of one dying tree the added amount of visible area is 254.50 sf with 44.70 linear feet of added visible perimeter area with a total visible percentage of 48% This rendered a total existing visible area of 1154.7 sq. These changes resulted in a revised baseline score of 21 or a total of 680 sf of visible allowable area. However when added to the 165 x 2 = 330 sq ft the yeilded amount of visible area is still 1115 sq ft. 7/19/11 DL Poor quality originals attached.
