Fill grading may be required beyond the 15th to backfill newly poured foundation and footings at our uphill parking retaining wall only. Allowing for this will ensure safety and completion of driveway transition at Hwy 28 and will extend our off street parking and staging capability for winter construction activities. Bituminous site paving can commence as soon at parking headwall is backfilled which will stabilize soil and berm for better winter BMP measures. All of these uphill activities will help mitigate any undue runoff down slope and lakeward.
