Detailed Description
Casaday spoke with owner. She said adjoinig owners will not let her pave the driveway (as required in her permit). Single family dwelling (Existing) --- Project is in Non-Compliance, TRPA holding security deposit. Project is over 6-years-old; therefore status was set to Expired on January 25, 2008. /// July 13, 2010 Milo & Virginia Gates 101 California St #7th San Francisco CA, 94111 SECURITY RETURN INSPECTION, 1320 WEST LAKE BLVD., PLACER COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, APN 083-162-015. Dear Mr. & Ms. Gates: The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) inspected the subject property on May 21, 2010 and found that the following is not in compliance with the permit approval: 1. Unauthorized coverage in class 3 lands including a storage shed and hot tub with surrounding deck. 2. Lights attached to trees. 3. Failure to install and maintain all permanent BMP?s. The following correction measures are required prior to release of the security: 1. Upgrade and maintain all dripline trenches. Install additional gravel surface mulch to cover bare soil between dripline trench and foundation. Install a non-combustible border on ALL infiltration areas. 2. Install additional rock slope protection or rock rip-rap to stabilize gravel or areas of bare soil. 3. Apply a thin layer of woodchip mulch to areas of bare soil. Woodchips should be incorporated into the top layer of soil. 4. Pave the driveway. Paved access is required to the property. 5. Remove the approximately 120 sq. ft. shed located on the south east side of residence. 6. Remove the hot tub and unauthorized deck surrounding the hot tub. The hot tub may be moved to an area of approved coverage (on an existing approved deck). 7. Remove all lights attached to trees. You may replace with low level downward facing landscaping lights.
